Floral Return or Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
At Little Leaf Haven, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept traditional returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues with your order.
Order Issues & Replacements
If there is a problem with your order—such as damaged flowers, incorrect items, or late delivery—please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement. We may request a photo of the item to better understand the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom floral arrangement-Flowers that have been altered, used, or not kept in a cool environment.Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as floral arrangements may already be in preparation or transit.

At Little Leaf Haven, we take pride in ensuring your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:
Delivery Areas
We provide delivery within Ingersoll, ON and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside of our standard area, please contact us directly to confirm availability and additional fees.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00p.m, Mon.-Fri. Sat. 9:00 a.m Orders received after this time will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will make every effort to accommodate special requests (such as morning or afternoon delivery). Timed deliveries for events or funerals can often be arranged with advance notice.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may:
Leave the flowers in a safe location (weather permitting)
Leave the flowers with a neighbor. Contact the recipient to arrange redelivery.
Hospital, Business & Funeral Deliveries
Special considerations may apply when delivering to hospitals, businesses, and funeral homes. Please provide as much detail as possible (room number, business hours, service time, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee based on the recipient’s location will be added to each order. This fee covers the cost of transportation and handling.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you promptly and arrange the next available delivery time.
Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or containers may need to be substituted. We guarantee that the style, value, and overall presentation will be maintained.
